Advocacy

Stepping onto the beach often evokes a feeling of peacefulness. The sight of waves rolling through the water makes a wave a calm crash over me.

 Whether it is the waves crashing in the background, or the sand squishing between your toes, it is relaxing to be at the beach. If often you find yourself stressed and frustrated, maybe a trip to the beach would suit you. Doctors and physicians regularly suggest going places that calm you rather than turning to destructive behavior to destress.
 The beach is a widely popular place to go when you want to feel peaceful. It is extremely relaxing to bring a book to the beach and stretch out on the sand. The birds flying across the sky and water washing over the sand could be enough to put you in a trance. Taking deep breaths of the salty air is calming and soon enough, you'll feel your stress slipping away.
